During a trip to the Queenstown/Arrowtown area of New Zealand early last summer, Craig (my Unleashed Education co-founder) and I met up with our friends Merran and Mady at Glenorchy. You may have seen Benson in both our images previously - he's definitely our favourite dog model in the area and we always meet up with him and his mum Merran for some fun dog photography adventures!
Read MoreKara was one of our wonderful dog models at Unleashed Workshop in Arrowtown, and I loved her look and energy so much I got her back for her very own shoot along Arrowtown River after the workshop, as we were lucky to stay for a few extra days.
Read MoreI thought it was time to share few of my favourite images from this year's Style Lab Retreat in Iceland in September/October. What an incredible landscape, so full of raw and rugged beauty! Our photography sessions took place against awe-inspiring backdrops: powerful waterfalls, surreal black sand beaches, a towering glacier, and the intriguing geology of lava fields.
Read MoreLet's rewind to Autumn this year, in beautiful Arrowtown, New Zealand. Craig and I had finished up teaching at Unleashed Workshop but hadn't had enough of shooting with those incredible autumn backdrops, so we met up with some of our favourite models for some extra shoots!

Abandoned at eight years old and ending up at the RSPCA shelter in Alice Springs, Peta discovered her there and after a couple of visits, adopted her.

Read MoreIt felt as though obsessively checking the weather forecasts and weather radar was my main pastime during my Canberra visit! I had booked in four shoots over five days and hoped that I’d be able to shuffle around the shoots if there was any cloudy or rainy weather forecast.
Read MoreMy first Canberra session was with Boris and Matilda, two Great Danes who are lucky enough to live out in the country, with a huge paddock to romp and play in! And play they did, chasing each other around with much abandon.

I found out later after the DNA test results came in, he’s a Staffy with a little bit of Maltese thrown in – I can definitely see that mix in him!
